Fattoria Ca' Rossa

Where to shop in Bertinoro, Forli Cesena, Emilia-Romagna

The Fattoria Ca' Rossa farm, located in the hills of Bertinoro, has belonged for three generations to the Masotti family, which has always been dedicated to viticulture and olive growing, following the principles of natural cultivation and respect for the environment. Every sip of wine produced by Fattoria Ca' Rossa encapsulates the story of a family, united by their love for viticulture and their land.

History
The winery was founded in 1935 when after the destruction of the vineyards caused by phylloxera, grandfather Ugo replanted the Albana vineyards. Of these vineyards to this day one last Albana plant survives prosperously. To the same period date the olive trees. The winery, built by his father Ubaldo, inaugurated operations with the 1960 harvest. In 1980, Massimo received the baton and continued the business with great love and passion. Liana, Massimo's wife, joins him with great determination in running the business and in relations with the public.
